New Act
Appropriates $10,100,000 from the Road Fund to the
Department of Transportation for all costs associated with
the reconditioning and widening of U.S. Route 34 (Ogden
Avenue) from U.S. 30 (Lincoln Highway) to Montgomery Road in
Aurora. Effective July 1, 1997.

1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $10,100,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the
6 Department of Transportation for all costs associated with
7 the reconditioning and widening of U.S. Route 34 (Ogden
8 Avenue) from U.S. 30 (Lincoln Highway) to Montgomery Road in
9 Aurora.
10 Section 99. This Act takes effect on July 1, 1997.
