Appropriates $25,000,000 to the Department of Natural
Resources for a grant to the Chicago Park District for the

1 AN ACT making appropriation to the Department of Natural
2 Resources.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $25,000,000, or so much thereof as
6 may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
7 Natural Resources for a grant to the Chicago Park District
8 for the purpose of repairing the Lake Michigan shoreline in
9 Chicago.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.
