1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 165
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 165 as follows:
3 on page 43, line 9, by changing "reasonable" to "reasonable";
4 and
5 on page 85, line 12, after "rights", by inserting the
6 following:
7 ", except as required by Supreme Court Rule 11"; and
8 on page 143, line 14, after "parent", by inserting the
9 following:
10 "and if those services were available"; and
11 on line 17, by changing "12" to "9"; and
12 on page 151, line 33, after "parent", by inserting the
13 following:
14 "and if those services were available"; and
15 on page 158, below line 1, by inserting the following:
16 "Section 90-5. Severability. If any Section, sentence,
17 clause, or provision of this Act or any application thereof
18 to any person or circumstance is for any reason held invalid
19 or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality
20 shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of the

1 other provisions or applications of this Act which can be
2 given effect without the invalid or unconstitutional
3 application or provision, and to this end the provisions of
4 this Act are declared to be severable.".
