1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 94
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 94 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 24 and 25 with the following:
4 "(b) On or before June 30, 1999, the Department shall
5 create a 2-year market development pilot program to begin
6 operation on July 1, 1999 to expand"; and
7 on page 2, by replacing line 1 with the following:
8 ", design methods to"; and
9 on page 2, in line 6, before "and", by inserting "suggest
10 methods of encouraging the public to purchase and use
11 products made from secondary materials,"; and
12 on page 3, by replacing lines 5 and 6 with the following:
13 "development program and including its 2-year strategic plan
14 by June 30, 2000 and report the results of its pilot program
15 by July 1, 2001.".
