Appropriates $900,000 from the School Construction Fund
to the State Board of Education for the reconstruction of Red
Hill High School in Bridgeport. Effective immediately.

1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the State Board of
2 Education for school construction.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $900,000, or so much thereof as may
6 be necessary, is appropriated from the School Construction
7 Fund to the State Board of Education for a grant to Red Hill
8 Community Unit School District No. 10 for costs associated
9 with the reconstruction of Red Hill High School in
10 Bridgeport.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
