30 ILCS 750/ Build Illinois Act.

Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process. Sec. 2-2.

The rights of way and easements
acquired shall not exceed the amount of land or interests in
land necessary to reasonably accommodate the construction,
maintenance and operation of a Superconducting Super Collider.

Sec. 2-3.

The Department of Natural Resources
is authorized to lease, sell, give, donate, convey
or otherwise transfer the property acquired under this Act to
the United States Department of Energy for the purpose of the
construction, maintenance and operation of a Superconducting
Super Collider.

No conveyance of real property or instrument transferring property by the
Department of Natural
Resources to the United States Department of Energy, shall be
executed without the prior written approval of the Governor.
