Sec. 23.
Secretary of State to prescribe forms.
The Secretary of State
shall prescribe forms or provide suitable forms
requisite or deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act and any
other laws pertaining to vehicles, the enforcement and administration of which
are vested in the Secretary of State.
