(805 ILCS 15/6) (from Ch. 32, par. 636)

Sec. 6.

Upon written application of the holder, the Department shall renew
the certificate of registration if
the Department finds that the corporation has complied with its regulations
and the provisions of this Act.

The fee for renewal of a certificate of registration shall be calculated
at the rate of $40 per year.
