Sec. 15-50. Restoration of certificate of registration. Upon petition, after the successful completion of the term of the
suspension or revocation of any certificate of registration, the Department may restore the certificate of registration to the respondent
upon
the written recommendation of the administrative law judge, unless after an
investigation and a hearing the administrative law judge determines that
restoration is not in the public interest.
