Sec. 102a.
Upon the entry of a final judgment upon such claim, or upon
the allowing of such claim by the county board, payment thereof shall be
made. Until the indemnity fund provided as aforesaid has been exhausted,
payment for any such losses or damages shall be made out of such fund.
Upon exhaustion of this indemnity fund, the county shall be liable.
