(750 ILCS 24/30) Sec. 30. Annual report to General Assembly. The Department shall submit to
the General Assembly an annual report on the operation of Programs during the
preceding State fiscal year. The annual report must include, but need not be
limited to, the following: (1) The report of performance levels and
corresponding scores used in calculating the incentive payment amounts under Section 20.
(2) A narrative description of each Program operating
in the State, including (i) the manner in which a State's Attorney complied or failed to comply with each assurance included in the applicable Plan and (ii) the Program's annual budget and staffing.
