Sec. 407.
Admission of Respondent.) No admission of the respondent
shall be taken as evidence unless the court shall be satisfied that such
admission was made in sincerity and without fraud or collusion to enable
the petitioner to obtain a dissolution of marriage or legal separation or
declaration of invalidity of marriage.
