Sec. 3.
For the purposes of this Act, the following words have the
meanings ascribed to them in this Section.
(1) "Board" refers to the Board of City College of Chicago District 508.
(2) "Client" refers to a person whose participation in the Program has
been required as a condition of probation pursuant to
the Unified Code of Corrections.
(3) "Program" refers to the Probation Challenge Program.
