Sec. 11.
The office of marshal for the Supreme Court is
hereby created,
such marshal to be selected by the Supreme Court, and the
duties of such
marshal shall be to attend upon its sittings and to perform
such other
duties, under the order and direction of the said court, as are usually
performed by sheriffs of courts. The salary of such marshal
shall be fixed
by the judges of the Supreme Court, such salary to be payable from
the State treasury, upon bills of particulars, signed by any one of the
judges of the Supreme Court.
