(625 ILCS 5/3-903) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 3-903)

Sec. 3-903. License. It shall be unlawful for any person to act as a "remittance agent" in the State of Illinois without first having obtained or renewed a license and posted a bond, as hereafter provided.
