(625 ILCS 5/1-159.2)
Sec. 1-159.2. Personally identifying information. Information that
identifies an individual, including his or her driver identification number, name, address (but not the 5 digit zip
code), and
telephone number, but
"personally
identifying information" does not include information on vehicular accidents,
driving violations, and driver's status.
