Sec. 7.
Subject to the conditions and limitations prescribed by this Act,
and subject to any conditions and limitations which the Federal government
or the officers thereof may lawfully impose, the Department of
Natural Resources shall have the power stated in
Sections 7.1 to 7.16, inclusive, of this Act.
