Sec. 27.
It is unlawful for any person to deposit within the right-of-way
limits of the toll highways trash, glass, weeds, garbage or other offensive
matter; and any person so offending shall be guilty of a petty offense and
shall be fined not more than $500.00.
However, this
section shall not apply to proper deposits of harmless materials made in
good faith and in a proper manner to repair the toll highways.
