(510 ILCS 50/22) (from Ch. 8, par. 189)

Sec. 22.

Any veterinarian having information of the existence of any contamination or reportable disease
among animals in this State, who fails to
promptly
report such knowledge to the Department, shall be guilty of a
business offense and shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000 for each
offense.
