Sec. 1.15.
Marketing center.
"Marketing center" means an approved
livestock
facility (stockyard or livestock market under State and federal veterinary
supervision) where livestock is assembled and that has been approved by the
U.S. Department of Agriculture under the rules pertaining to an approved
livestock facility.
