Sec. 2.
In order to carry out the purposes of the Soil Conservation and
Domestic Allotment Act, the Department of Agriculture is hereby
designated as the agency of the State of Illinois to administer any State
plan authorized by this Act which shall be approved for the State of
Illinois by the Secretary of Agriculture, pursuant to the provisions of
said Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act.
