Sec. 25. Penalty. Except as provided in Section 20, a
commercial dealer, importer, distributor, wholesaler, or retailer who violates this Act by failing to exercise reasonable care is subject to a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed $500 for each day that the violation continues.
