(410 ILCS 615/3.18) (from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 55-3.18)

Sec. 3.18. "Inspector" means any employee or official authorized to inspect eggs or egg products and to enforce other regulatory measures necessary to effectively carry out the mandate of this Act.
