    (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2020)
    Sec. 160. Annual reports. The Department of Public Health shall submit to the General Assembly a report, by September 30 of each year, that does not disclose any identifying information about registered qualifying patients, registered caregivers, or physicians, but does contain, at a minimum, all of the following information based on the fiscal year for reporting purposes:
        (1) the number of applications and renewals filed for
    
registry identification cards or registrations;
        (2) the number of qualifying patients and designated
    
caregivers served by each dispensary during the report year;
        (3) the nature of the debilitating medical conditions
    
of the qualifying patients;
        (4) the number of registry identification cards or
    
registrations revoked for misconduct;
        (5) the number of physicians providing written
    
certifications for qualifying patients; and
        (6) the number of registered medical cannabis
    
cultivation centers or registered dispensing organizations;
        (7) the number of Opioid Alternative Pilot Program
    
participants.
