(410 ILCS 75/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 2358-31)

Sec. 1. As used in this Act, "smokeless tobacco" means any loose, cut, shredded, ground, powdered, compressed or leaf tobacco that is intended to be placed in the mouth without being smoked.
