Sec. 6-3.
Within 60 days after the effective date of this Article 6,
the Illinois Department shall apply to the U.S. Secretary of Health and
Human Services for a waiver pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 1396b(w)(3)(E)
for Illinois sole community hospital providers.
