Out-of-state continuing education credit.
If a renewal applicant has earned continuing education hours in another state
or territory for which
he or she is claiming credit toward full compliance in Illinois, the Board shall review and recommend to the Department whether it should
approve those hours based upon whether the course is one that
would be approved
under Section 5-70 of this Act, whether the course meets the basic requirements
continuing education under
this Act, and any other criteria that is provided by statute or rule.
