(225 ILCS 411/25-105) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2021) Sec. 25-105. Violations. Each of the following acts is a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense and a Class 4 felony for each subsequent offense: (1) the practice of or attempted practice of or
holding out as available to practice as a cemetery authority, cemetery manager, or customer service employee without a license; or
(2) the obtaining of or the attempt to obtain any
license or authorization under this Act by fraud or misrepresentation.
