Sec. 6.
No municipal corporation or political subdivision shall engage in
plumbing unless such plumbing is performed by one or more licensed
plumbers, or licensed apprentice plumbers under supervision
in accordance with this Act, provided that any such governmental unit
may contract for
plumbing with any person authorized to engage in plumbing in this State.
