Sec. 185. Restoration of a suspended or revoked license. At any time after
the successful completion of a term of suspension or revocation of a license, the Department may
restore it to the licensee upon written recommendation of the Board unless, after an investigation and
a hearing, the Board determines that restoration is not in
the public interest. Where circumstances of suspension or
revocation so indicate, or on the recommendation of the
Board, the Department may require an examination of the licensee
before restoring his or her license.
