(220 ILCS 70/35)

Sec. 35. Applicability.

 This Act applies to (i) a crossing commenced prior
to
the effective date of this Act if an agreement concerning the crossing has
expired or is
terminated and (ii) a crossing commenced on or after the effective date of this
Act.
