220 ILCS 35/9

(220 ILCS 35/9) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 1009)

Sec. 9. Effective date. This Act shall take effect upon its becoming law and shall apply to all utility deposits collected from small businesses after the effective date of this Act.
