Sec. 452.
Civil
administrative code.
Nothing in this Code contained shall be held or construed to alter,
modify or repeal any of the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act In
Relation to Civil Administration of the State Government and to Repeal
Certain Acts Therein Named," approved March 7, 1917, and amendments
thereto.
