Sec. 40.

Administration; enforcement.

(a) The Department may establish a training program for the Department
agents for administration and enforcement of this Act.

(b) In the administration and enforcement of this Act the Department may
designate and use full-time municipal, district, county or multi-county
health departments as its agents in the administration and enforcement of
this Act and rules.
