Sec. 40.
Private right of action.
Any health care facility that violates
the
provisions of
Section 35 may be held liable to the employee affected in an action brought
in a court of
competent jurisdiction for such legal or equitable relief as may be appropriate
to effectuate
the purposes of this Act.
