Sec. 9018. Administrative review. Except as provided in Article 10 and as otherwise specifically
provided by this Act, any person aggrieved by a decision of the Secretary
under this Act may receive a hearing before the Secretary under Sections 9018.1 through 9018.4 of this Act.
