(110 ILCS 925/3.05) (from Ch. 144, par. 1503.05)

Sec. 3.05. "Dentist" means a person licensed to practice dentistry under the Illinois Dental Practice Act. For the purposes of this Act, "dentist" does not include persons licensed as specialists.
