    Sec. 28-20. Definitions.

(a) For purposes of this Act the term instructional materials shall mean
both print and non-print materials, including electronic textbooks, that are used in the educational
process.

(b) For purposes of this Article, "textbook" includes electronic or digital textbooks that are used for educational purposes.
