Sec. 13.
The referendum on the proposition shall be
conducted in the manner provided by the general election law
of the State. In
case a majority of the votes cast upon
the proposition shall be in favor thereof, the proposition shall be
deemed to be adopted and the board of park commissioners may proceed to
carry out the provisions of this Act.
