(65 ILCS 5/11-5-2) (from Ch. 24, par. 11-5-2)

Sec. 11-5-2. The corporate authorities of each municipality may prevent or suppress riots, routs, affrays, noises, disturbances, trespasses, and disorderly assemblies in any public or private place.
