(40 ILCS 5/7-223) (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 7-223)

Sec. 7-223. The amendments to Sections 7-137, 7-146, 7-147, 7-150 and 7-151 of this Article (relating to attainment of age 70) made by this amendatory Act of 1989 shall be retroactive to January 1, 1987.
