Sec. 22A-107.
Invest.
"Invest": To acquire, invest, reinvest, exchange or retain property held
for a pension fund or education fund, sell and manage the reserves,
funds, securities, moneys
or assets of any pension fund, retirement system or education
fund in accordance with this
Article.
