Sec. 10.
Dissemination requests Based Upon Fingerprint
Identification. When fingerprint identification accompanies a request for
conviction information maintained by the Department, an appropriate
statement shall be issued by the Department indicating that the information
furnished by the Department positively pertains to the individual whose
fingerprints were submitted and that the response contains
all the conviction information that has been reported to the Department
pursuant to Section 2.1 of "An Act in relation to criminal identification
and investigation", approved July 2, 1931, as amended.
