(20 ILCS 2620/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 55d)

Sec. 1. The Division of Narcotic Control is abolished and its functions are transferred to and shall be administered by the Illinois State Police.

When used in this Act, unless the context otherwise indicates:

"Director" means the Director of the Illinois State Police.
