Any officer, warrant officer, or enlisted man of the Illinois
State Guard, who wilfully absents himself without leave from five regular
drills or other formations of his organization within a period of sixty
days, is guilty of desertion and may be discharged without honor, upon
written recommendation of the organization commander.
