Sec. 605-15.
Cooperation with other departments, agencies, and
institutions. To cooperate with other departments, agencies,
and institutions
of this State in the collecting and assembling of information and to enter
into agreements with those departments, agencies, and
institutions,
upon terms that are mutually agreed upon, to have
conducted studies and
research that may be necessary and proper.
