Sec. 205-430.
Cooperation with U.S.
Department of Agriculture. The
Department has the power to cooperate with and enter into
agreements with the United
States Department of Agriculture and with others in carrying out the powers
and duties vested in the Department and to adopt guidelines, by reference,
issued by federal agencies in carrying out its powers and duties.
