Sec. 205-105.
County soil surveys.
The Department
shall provide funds sufficient
to pay 25% of the cost of conducting county soil surveys conducted pursuant
to Part 611 of Subchapter B, Chapter VI, Title 7 of the Code of Federal
Regulations.
