Sec. 5-220.

Secretary of Human Services.

The initial term of
the
Secretary of Human Services shall run from the date of appointment until
January 18, 1999, and until a successor has been appointed and has qualified.
Thereafter, terms shall be as provided in Section 5-605 of this
Law.
