Sec. 1-110.
Variation by agreement.
As between parties involved in
generating, sending, receiving, storing, or
otherwise processing
electronic records, the
applicability of
provisions of this Act may be waived by agreement of
the parties, except for the
provisions of Sections 10-140, 15-210, 15-215, 15-220, and subsection (b) of
Section 10-130 of this Act.
